• Candidates are advised to read all instructions carefully and go through the advertisement before applying online.
• Candidates are required to apply only through the Online Mode (English only). No other mode of submission shall be accepted under any circumstances.

  The online registration process involves the following steps:

  • 1 Register on the portal by providing basic details such as Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and Email ID. An Application ID will be generated, Candidates must note and preserve the Application ID for future reference.
  • 2 Fill in personal details including address and upload required images (Photograph and Signature) in the prescribed format.
  • 3 Fill in examination details including department, course and qualification details and upload relevant supporting documents.
  • 4 Preview the application carefully and submit after verifying all details. No correction shall be allowed after final submission.
  • 5 Pay the prescribed application fee through SBI iCollect. After successful payment, a Bank Reference Number will be generated. Kindly note this number carefully for future use.
  • 6 Re-login to the portal and enter the required Bank Reference Number and Date of Payment in the designated field.
  • 7 After submitting valid payment details, you will be able to generate and download your Registration Slip.
• Ensure that the Name, Date of Birth and other personal details match exactly with the Photo Identity Proof to be produced at the time of examination.
• Uploaded photograph and signature must be clear, recent and as per specifications mentioned in the Information Bulletin. Blurred or incorrect images may lead to rejection of application.
• Candidates must have a valid personal Email ID and Mobile Number which should remain active throughout the recruitment process.
• All details entered must be correct. Any error shall be the sole responsibility of the candidate. No change shall be allowed after final submission.
• All steps including submission, document upload and fee payment must be completed within the stipulated date and time.
• Candidates are advised to complete the registration well before the closing date to avoid website congestion.
• Application fee once paid shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
• Retain a copy of the submitted application form / Registration Slip and SBI e-Receipt for future reference.
• The Institute shall not be responsible for failure to submit the application within the last date due to any reason beyond its control.
